Sent to a friend I\'m going to be 31 this year, and I\'m still a virgin. It started out as a religious thing, then to be different from everyone else, and now...Now I\'m not sure anymore. I want to be in love my first time, I know that, but nobody is interested in a virgin my age. They avoid me like the plague.

- If they avoid you then to be honest their not worth your time...ONLY someone who loves you for you should be given the time of day... a person's virginity in today's world is so twisted but to be honest it's a precious gift...don't throw it out and give it away, no matter what anyone says.. it might take time but the right one will come...
- I'm in the same boat as the previous commenter, with similar experience to the original post. I was 27 when I lost my virginity. At the time I was still in college, in a fraternity, and constantly getting pressured about not having sex. Often times my fraternity brothers would try to force me on girls that I didn't want to even talk to, much less have sex with. But in the end, I did find a girl who was essentially there all along. Things have never been better. Your virginity IS a precious gift so don't give it away to just anyone. You'll regret it.
