Sent to a friend I hate my job and am looking for a new one. I am so ticked off at how my boss has been ripping me off for my commissions. They say they'll handle it all, but then I learn about a sale that I wasn't compensated for. When I ask about it they say it was paid, but I know it wasn't. Just grates on me.So lately I've done a few deals on the side, and pocketed the commissions in violation of my non-compete. I feel like I've crossed a line and I can't (don't want to) go back now. I just hate this place and first chance I get, I'm out of here.
